Tribeca Alliance Launches the TAMA Card — Tribeca's New Neighborhood Insider Pass
Free membership unlocks insider offers, specialty items, and exclusive perks at participating Tribeca businesses. Built in partnership with Pull City, the platform behind the neighborhood's first AI concierge.
NEW YORK, NY — Today the Tribeca Alliance Merchants Association announced the public launch of the TAMA Card — a free digital membership program that gives Tribeca residents and workers access to insider offers, specialty items, and exclusive perks at participating local businesses.
Launched in partnership with Pull City — the AI-powered neighborhood concierge platform being built for Tribeca — the TAMA Card represents a new model for connecting local businesses with the neighbors who keep their doors open.
"Tribeca is a neighborhood of independent businesses, makers, and operators who pour everything into their craft," said Christine Cole, Marketing Chair of the Tribeca Alliance. "The TAMA Card is our way of putting real, recurring value into the hands of the people who live and work here — and giving our businesses a direct line to the customers who matter most."
Laughing Man Coffee is the inaugural participating business, kicking off the program with an exclusive monthly VIP offer for TAMA Card holders.
"We've always believed in showing up for our community," said David Steingard, owner of Laughing Man Coffee and a Tribeca Alliance board member. "The TAMA Card lets us do that in a real way — and lets us be in conversation with our neighbors year-round, not just when they walk through our door."
The card launched publicly at the 26th annual Taste of Tribeca festival on Saturday, May 16, where attendees signed up at the Tribeca Alliance station in Washington Market Park.
The TAMA Card is built on Pull City's platform, which uses conversational AI to help users discover local businesses, specialty items, and curated recommendations. The platform will continue to expand throughout 2026, with the goal of growing into the definitive AI concierge for Tribeca and a replicable model for other neighborhoods across New York City.
